Annual report of HOUZAT-UL-IMAM-UL-QAYAM (A.T.F.S.) for the year 2004-2005.

1. Introduction in brief:

Among the entire creation of Allah (SWT) the human is a thinking rational creature endowed with power of intellect and will, and its youth is most crucial significant period were the life is built by well planned and programmed to ensure success or otherwise, today only those field of education are selected that carries more material benefits, and the aim of life is confine to mundane advantages, and the youth instead of striving to become perfect human being becomes money making machine until youth wane and in ensuing time pursue desire, fame, fortune. Normally whenever parents talks about progress of this children they imply the very material ideas.
The human race has taken great strides in spheres of advance science and technology, and is too far advance in industrial and production domain, the truth is although the science in itself is a great blessing depending of its proper use it cannot alone grant happiness and spiritual solace which a human souls in essence longs for, in presence of economical woes, family dilemma, diseases, physiological break down.
We all have destinations and our deeds in this life span will be judge here after were due retribution await us, and in such repulsive epoch in our endeavor to attribute and incite the teaching of true religion of Islamic and by the grace of Imam-e-Asr (A.S) We have establish a DENEE HOUZA (Islamic Institute) simultaneously for boys and girls with the sole aim and object to induce teaching of most basic Islamic Ulooms, in methodical and spiritual mode which also emphasis on skills, creativities, positive and rational thinking strictly in a accordance to Islamic Sharia and principles there after qualify as religious scholar (Aalim-e-Deen) to spread the teaching of Islam, and the work is carried out with guidance and dedications of expert qualified faculty in pleasant environment and in provisional infrastructure.

2. Location of Houza:

The location of the houza is at Hyderabad (India) the city which has glorious history and influence of Islamic tradition, and richness of ancients Imambadas and Ashurkhana’s Where the atmosphere is absolutly condusive in growth of Shia Culture and community and teachings in Islam presently at provisional houza situated at Hussainia-e- Zehra (A.S) Institute.

3. Policies Procedures Features:

A. Accommodation & Food for Boys: For non resident students special facilities of boarding and lodging is provided by Houza hostel and mess were comfortable stay and hygienic foods and meals are also being served.

B. Admissions: Is base upon interview by the qualified scholars with strict norm of Houza and selections of students are done through academic tracks and records.

C . Guideline for Parents: A through no objection certificate are being obtain form parents/ guardians to fulfill baseline of houza, like progress reports, health etc, and parents are kept well advice to co-ordinate the study and progress of students.

D. Timings of Houza for Boys:

                        All days except Friday being Holiday

                        Morning 6-30 a.m. to 8-30 a.m.  Recitation and Hifz of Holy Quran

                        9-00 a.m. to 1-00 p.m. Islamic Classes

                        Noon 2-30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Computer Classes

                        Evening 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Spoken English Courses and Discussion

E . Timings of Houza for Girls:

                        All days except Sunday being Holiday

                        4-30 p.m. to 7-30 p.m. Islamic Classes

F . Groups for Girls Students: There are only 3 groups
 

Groups for Boys Students: There are only 3 groups
 

G. Discipline of Houza: All students are properly educated to strive in being responsible to maintain proper discipline with kind manners and display at most courtesy and rules are followed strictly in accordance of Islamic Principle and sharayat.

B. Tajweed.
C. Memory (Hifz).
D. Matter (Tafsir).

II. Deeniyat:
A. Written Notes.
B. Oral Explanation.

III. Fiqha:
A. Ahikam.
B. Sharia.

IV. Arabic Language:
A. Written Notes.
B. Oral Explanation.

V. Persian (Farsi):
A. Written Notes.
B. Oral Explanation.
VI. History of Islam

VII. Akhlakh (Tarbiyat)

VIII. Elm-e-Kalaam (Usul-e-din).

NOTE: Special Educational program will also be conducted for citation of oral Majlis and Hadees all the above program are according to the syllabus in the beginning and in future it will gradually improve.

Examinations: Annual examinations was concluded for both boys and girls in the month of November 2003, Mah-e-Shaban, 1425 H, the results and performance of students were 65 to 75%, and other quarterly, half yearly exam were corresponding beside the routine check on every students were practical.

4. Expenditure and Finance of Houza for Girls:

Financial requirements are met with funding of Sahme Imam (A.S) (KHUMS) and donations etc., and initially a sum of Rs. 25,000/- were deposited in S.B A/C NO. 9349 in Central Bank of India, Chatta Bazar Branch, Hyderabad, India. In the name of Houzat-Ul-Imam-Ul-Qayam (A.S) at present following mention amount is being occurred towards monthly expenditures of Houza.

 

Expenditure and Finance of Houza for Boys:
 

Further an amount of Rs.15,000 has been paid towards purchase of furniture fixtures, electrical, stationery’s, Book’s etc.

5. New Admissions: As there was unprecedented pressure from the waiting list students a new batch of 18 girls students were given fresh admissions.

6. Higher Studies in Foreign Country: Iranian delegation has given considerable recognition to the Houza and in their interaction they have taken batch of 16 girls students in to examination and on merit have accepted 6 girls student for sponsorship to be send to Qum in Iran at the reputed institute of JAMAT-UZ-ZEHRA for 5 years for higher study courses.
 

The Houza has authorized Ijaza from Maraje & Mujtehedin such as AYATULLAH-UL-UZMA AGA SISTANI to call and collect sharie ruqhumat (obligatory funds) we shall request and solicit your heartfelt contribution for Houza.
