ANNUAL REPORT OF HOUZAT-UL-IMAM-UL-QAYAM(A.S.) FOR THE YEAR 2005-2006
PRINCIPAL INTRODUCTORY MESSAGE
1. All Praises be to one and only Allah (SWT), with sincere gratitude to Imam-e-Qayam (a.s.). I am please to inform that Houzat-ul-Imam-ul-Qayam (a.s.) has completed its fourth successful consecutive years of perennial incitement of Islamic ideals and deliberation with illiteracy emancipation as destiny of our children should not be left to be a matter of chance, but it should be matter of choice, literacy and religious deliberation is a must and all time requirement, there are no riches like wisdom and knowledge which is better than wealth, knowledge guards you, while you have to guard wealth, knowledge multiplies by spending while wealth decreases by spending, knowledge is aromatic and immortal, the results of wealth dies as wealth decays, knowledge lights the spirit of conviction and submission to Islam is conviction.
We live in a world where misconceptions about life and its purpose, materialism, greed, violence, racism and forms of injustice and immorality are every day realities. Across the ages through out the world, parents, teachers philosopher, religious and civic leaders have wrestled as how to raise ethical and morally responsible citizens. Here in Houzat-ul-Imam-ul-Qayam (a.s.) in its insignificant endeavour is sharing the task of teaching of Islamic ideals from divine Quranic perspective and guidance of Allah’s Prophet and Apostles.
The divine supplications are incited. The powers and effects of supplications are miraculous on one hand it is confessions of a person servitude towards its LORD, and the contents of prayer are an expression of human’s spiritual satisfaction, if a supplications is requested repeatedly we can realize its extraordinary nature the important of such supplication enhanced manifold.
The basic teaching the pupils require is how to translate Islamic ideals into daily life, the most difficult and demanding challenge for teachers today is determining which civic or religious ideals to pass on their pupils but how to
translate them effectively into daily routine, family life and kindness to the parents is of paramount necessity.
The pupils are well incited to shift to the importance that the world is not for luxuries and idle sports, humanity has been created to serve Allah, the criteria for excellence are not for material gain or physical beauty, but only for Taqwa, illm and Aamal, Ponder in the verse, “THE MOST HONOURED AMONG YOU IS THE RIGHTEOUS AMONG YOU (HOLY QURAN VERSE 49/13”.) The aim of our creation is worship and service to humanity and that the humanity is a single nation and our return is the same to Allah “VERILY THIS UMMAH OF YOUR IS A SINGLE COMMUNITY (HOLY QURAN 21/92”) and that Allah thro his mercy has always guided man thro prophets and his Apostles, and He never left single period without guide “AND TO EVERY COMMUNITY THERE IS A GUIDE (HOLY QURAN ARRED 13/7”) since Allah wishes to illuminate the darkness of deviation with the beacon of guidance, the Holy Quran has guided towards salvation by exhorting to obey Allay and his Apostle and by the recognition and we all have destinations and our deeds in this life span will be judged hereafter were dues retribution await us, and in such repulsive epoch Houzutul Imamul Qayam (a.s.) in its endeavour are inciting the above teaching of Islamic ideals and have emphasis on skills, creativities, positive and rational thinking strictly in accordance to the Islamic sharia and principles, there after meriting the pupils in to Aalim-e-Din (Religious Scholar) who would later on take up the task of teaching Islamic ideals world wide.
Policies Procedures Features :
A. Accommodation & Food for Boys: For non resident students special facilities of boarding and lodging is provided by Houza Hostel and mess were comfortable stay and hygienic foods and meals are also being served.
B. Admissions: Is base upon interview by the qualified scholars with strict norm of Houza and selections of students are done through academic tracks and records.
C. Guideline for Parents: A through no objection certificate are being obtain form parents/guardians to fulfill baseline of houza, like progress reports, health etc, and parents are kept well advice to co-ordinate the study and progress of students.
D. Timings of Houza for Boys :
All days except Friday being Holiday
Morning 6-30a.m. to 8-30 a.m. Recitation and Hifz of Holy Quran
9-00 a.m. to 1-00 p.m. Islamic Classes
Noon 2-30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Computer Classes
Evening 7-00 p.m. to 9-00 p.m. Spoken English Courses and Discussion
E. Timings of Houza for Girls :
All days except Sunday being Holiday
4-30 p.m. to 7-30 p.m. Islamic Classes.
F. Groups for Girl Students : There are only 6 groups.
I. Primary class with students : Goup- A -07 Students
:Group–B -16 ”
II. Class Moqaddamat-ul-Oula : -10 ”
III. Class Darajat-ul-Oula with students -09 ”
IV. Class Darajat-us-Saniya with students -06 ”
V. Class Darajat-us-Salasa with students -04 ”
Groups of Boys Students : There are three groups
I. Primary class with students : -08 Students
II. Class Darajat-us-Saniya with students -06 ”
III. Class Darajat-us-Salasa with students -04 ”
G. Discipline of Houze : All students are properly educated to strive in being responsible to maintain proper discipline with kind manners and display at most courtesy and rules are followed strictly in accordance of Islamic Principle and sharayat.
Examinations: Annual examinations were concluded for both boys and girls in the month of Mah-e-Shaban, 1426 H., the results and performance of students were 65 to 75% and other quarterly, half yearly exams were corresponding beside the routine check on every students were practical.
4. Expenditure and Finance of Houza for Girls :
Financial requirements are met with funding of Sahme Imam (A.S.) (KHUMS) and donations etc., and at present following mention amount is being occurred towards monthly expenditures of Houza.
1. Salary for Principal & 6 Teachers ... Rs. 17,000/-
2. Towards Stipend to 52 students@ Rs.150/- each .. Rs. 7,800/-
3. Miscellaneous expenditure .... Rs. 1200/-
Total .. Rs.26,000/-
Expenditure & Finance of Houza for Boys :
1. Salary for Principal and 5 Teachers .. Rs. 15,000/-
2. Stipend for 20 students @ Rs. 150 Each .. Rs. 3,000/-
3. Rent towards boy’s Hostel .. Rs. 3,500/-
4. Mess (Food) expenses for Hostel students .. Rs. 5,000/-
5. Rent towards computer center .. Rs. 5,000/-
6. Miscellaneous expenditure , Stationary .. Rs. 1,500/-
Total .. Rs. 33,000/-
AT present Boys and Girls total Expenditure are
Figuring upto Rs. 59,000/- and in future the
Strength of students and teachers are likely to
Increase, henceforth the monthly
Expenditures may increase.
5. Higher Studies in Foreign Country : Iranian delegation has given considerable recognition to the Houza and in their interaction they have taken batch of 16 girls students into examination and on merit have accepted 6 girls student and 2 Boy students for sponsorship to be send to Qum in Iran at the reputed institute of JAMAT-UZ-ZEHRA for 5 years for higher studies course.
The Houza has authorized Ijaza from Maraje & Mujtehedeen such as AYATULLAH-UL-UZMA AGA SISTANI to call and collect sharie ruqhumaat (obligatory funds) we shall request and solicit your heartfelt contribution for Houza, we anticipate your kind donation and contribution for the Houzat-ul-Imam-ul-Qayam. Funds can be remitted to Houza SB A/c. No. 9349 in Central Bank of India, Chatta Bazar Branch, Purani Haveli, Hyderabad,A. P. India.
I take pleasure in informing that Hon’ble Board Members have originated Qayam Welfare Society which is registered with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh under Society Act. bearing Regd. NO. 1744 dated 10-11-2004, with an aim and object to uplift socio-economic condition of the destitute, poor, ailing sick, handicapped elders, dispossessed and displaced families of our community and to assist them in the need of education, medication, gainful employment and so forth. The Society has kindly taken the Houza into their fold and the entire supervision of Houza is under Qayam Welfare Society. I am most glad to report that Houzat-ul-Imam-ul-Qayam (a.s.) is proportionated very well than expected as the waiting list of the students is piling up, and the management is in the process for arrangements of large accommodation to accommodate major section, as the present students are forging ahead meritoriously resulting into mandatory sponsorship for higher studies at Qum in Iran by Alien Delegates.
